How Parents Sign up
- 90% of our schools use the School Web Page—a custom webpage that displays a list of your teachers/classes.
- Just give parents the link; they then pick their classes/teachers and just follow instructions.

Teacher Access
- Assign a "rights" level for teachers, giving them as much or as little access as you want.
- Give them the ability to make or change appointments, even to customize their own schedule... or only allow them to see the schedule.
- Teachers do not need to install an app or log in to an account. They just get a link that gives access to only their conference based on the rights you've set.
Setting up the Account
- Create a single conference as a template, then copy it for the rest of your conferences, simply adding conference name, teacher email, and room/location for each.
- Delegate as much or as little control to teachers as you want.
- Typical setup takes about 20 minutes plus a minute per teacher. Set up a whole school with dozens of teachers in under an hour, a school with 100 teachers in 2 hours. Or have us do all that for you—see "Free Setup."

Sign-up Options
- Most schools direct parents to their School Web Page, a custom webpage we create for your school where parents select the conferences they wish to attend.
- Alternatively, the system can create a "Class Code," which you provide to the parents in that class. They enter that code, which tells the system what teacher/class they are registering for. It's more work for the school, but has the advantage that parents can only register for classes for which they receive a code.
- Finally, the system can provide each parent with an individual code and instructions. This is a little more work for the school. But it provides a higher level of security, in that each parent must have a unique code to make an appointment.
Privacy and Security
- Simple and strong privacy policy: PTCFast will not share or sell any information provided by the school or parents to third parties, nor will it use parent, student, or school data for any purpose unrelated to the website.
- PTCFast uses 256 bit encryption for all data, in line with best practices for secure communications.
Fast, US-based customer service
- 97% of responses are within an hour, always within 24 hours.
- The software has been continually improved since 2009 based on user requests.
Group Billing
- Instead of a central account (which requires someone to be the account admin), you can have your teachers all set up their own accounts and run them themselves.
- We facilitate this with a Group Billing Ticket. You will get a code that you provide to your teachers, which they use to "pay" for their one conference.
- The Group Billing fee for one school is $70 per semester for unlimited teachers.
Solo Teachers
- We have many teachers who set up their own accounts.
- The fee is just $4 per semester for unlimited appointments.
- All the same capabilities and options as a regular school account but just for one conference.
