How does it work?
You fill out a brief questionnaire and a spreadsheet with just four columns—conference name, grade level, meeting location, and teacher email. We do the rest.
How much does it cost?
Setup is free. You just pay the normal $50 for the semester.
What about subsequent semesters?
Each subsequent semester is still just $50 for unlimited conferences. And launching future semesters is quick and easy to do yourself. Once your initial data is there, PTCFast has a simple tool to get a new semester ready in literally just a few minutes—you won't need to enter that data again.
How long does it take?
Once you return the questionnaire and spreadsheet, we will deliver an account within 1-2 business days with all your settings and conference schedules, ready to go live to parents.
Can teachers access their conferences?
You can delegate as much or as little control as you want to teachers. Their interface is exceptionally intuitive, and they do not need to create their own accounts.
How do parents sign up?
We create a webpage customized for your school where parents sign up. All you need to do is give them the link.
Do I still need to know how to run the system?
Once we’ve completed the setup, you’ll be ready to go live. Of course, you will still want someone to know how to handle things like manually booking appointments for parents without internet, or changes to settings in the future. But that's all easier when your school's account is already set up.
Do any restrictions apply?
This includes full account setup, ready to go live. The only prerequisite is that teachers/conferences have the same schedule and settings, although variations (e.g., multiple schedules) are easy to add after we're done, or we can make them for you for a modest charge. The system is designed so that ALL settings can be changed at any time.
